Alice is a dedicated third-year nurse who brings a bubbly and approachable energy to the clinic. Currently working across two hospitals within Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and Special Care Nurseries, she has developed a strong foundation in caring for newborns and supporting families during critical early stages of life. With a genuine passion for paediatric health, Alice is committed to providing compassionate, family-centred care. She values building trusting relationships with both children and their families, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their healthcare journey.

Looking ahead, she aspires to transition into child and family health, where she can continue to make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing and development of young children and their families.

 

Madi is one of our senior receptionists here at The Paediatric Clinic. She’s been with us since August 2022 and has worked in the medical administration field for a number of years. She is happy to assist with any queries you may have.

Dami is an integral part of our reception team here at The Paediatric Clinic. She has been with us since January 2025. Dami has previous experience working at a specialist developmental paediatric clinic. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently undertaking a Masters in Social work with the aspirations of becoming a Youth Mental Health Clinician. Dami is happy to assist you with any enquiries you may have.

Sophie is an integral part of our team here at The Paediatric Clinic. She has been with us since January 2025. Sophie has previously worked at an Interventional Radiology and Women’s Health Clinic. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Medical Science with aspirations of becoming a paediatrician herself in the future! Sophie is happy to help our patients however she can and is always ready with a sticker to give to well behaved kiddos!

Pam’s role in the office is to provide speedy turnaround of our doctor’s correspondence (hence the octopus!). Pam’s expertise is medical transcription but she also fills in at the front desk to cover staff leave. Pam has worked for medical specialists for over 15 years and has been with The Paediatric Clinic since its inception in 2011.  Having extensive experience in different medical settings Pam is fluent in several clinical languages!
